Francis is a person with a big and beautiful heart like mother Africa. Helpful and kind from beginning to end of the trip. Did a three-day two-night safari. He explained and gave all the information to those of us curious to know everything. Like a sentinel, always attentive to spotting animals in the distance. Speaks Italian as well as English. Next trip I already know who to go to.
